Manufacturer Trained Technicians - All our engineers are manufacturer trained and attend regular courses on new equipment for updating skills
Preventative Maintenance - We carry out a specified programme of P.M. on all contracted copiers, printer and multifunctional machines active in the field. This service is also available for fax machine networks (on request)
Engineer Response - We offer to guarantee service response times, agreed with you, the customer. Our average response time is less than 4 hours
Help Desk - Our fully manned help-desk ensures that your staff can obtain help whenever they need it
Warranty Work - All equipment supplied by us with a manufacturer's guarantee is maintained by us on-site,
at no extra charge, during the warranty period
